Electronics: The switch and patent number sticker pickups are original. The pots have been replaced and rewired and the Varitone switch has been replaced and disconnected. The current Varitone switch is just a placeholder and has no effect on the circuit. The original Varitone switch is included in the case but is broken and cannot be reinstalled. The guitar has vintage-correct bumblebee capacitors. The guitar has the two humbuckers, a three-way selector switch, two volume pots, and two tone pots, as well as a disconnected Varitone switch. The guitar has been converted from stereo to mono.
Pickup Measurements: neck - 7.7 kΩ, bridge - 11.9 kΩ
Hardware: This guitar previously had a Bigsby tremolo bridge and a "Custom Made" plate covering the tailpiece stud holes. Those have since been removed, and the Bigsby screw holes filled in and the finish retouched; these holes are only on the side of the end of the body. The Bigsby was a B6, so there were no holes drilled on the top. The current tailpiece and studs, pickguard and pickguard bracket are non original.
